Hurstwood Asset Management (HAM) will provide a partner-led service for third party investors, including developers, funds and charities across regional markets throughout the UK, on transactions ranging from £5m up to £100m.

HAM will be headed by Stephen Ashworth, CEO and chairman of Hurstwood Holdings, together with Richard Bousfield, who was recruited specifically for this venture and has 20 years’ property experience, together with co-directors Andy Park, Sam Ashworth and Aimee Beaumont. Jayne Hindle is the group company lawyer.

Stephen Ashworth said: “Having built our own property portfolio to in excess of £300m, we believed it was the right time to create our own standalone investment vehicle for external investors.

“The Hurstwood Asset Management team has a proven 30-year track record of successfully trading investment stock nationally.

“By working with like minded investors, we offer bespoke solutions enabling third party investors to benefit from our skills and experience when making new acquisitons as well as managing the assets to add value and deliver exceptional returns.”

Richard said: “With ESG at the forefront of our investment strategy, we are well placed to help guide investors through the evolving challenges that the market faces with regard to net zero and reducing energy consumption to promote sustainable, energy efficient investments that will be future proofed.”
