City centre hotel comes to market with £5m price tag

Tune Hotel

A Liverpool city centre hotel has been brought to market with a £5m asking price

Savills has launched the sale of Tune Hotel in Castle Street.

The international real estate advisor is inviting offers for the hotel, held on a long leasehold with 150 years unexpired.

Tune Hotel is a Grade II-listed, 3-star boutique hotel, comprising 100 en-suite bedrooms in the heart of Liverpool’s city centre across four upper floors.

The sale also includes an additional retail unit investment let to Greggs.

Tune Hotel is an attractive building situated on the popular Castle Street within the core city centre location.

It provides excellent proximity to the city’s key tourist attractions including Liverpool’s waterfront, The Royal Albert Dock and Liverpool One, the UK’s largest open air shopping centre, as well as close links to transport with Liverpool Lime Street and Moorfields station less than a mile away.

Tom Cunningham, director in the hotel capital market team at Savills Manchester, said: “This is a prime hotel opportunity for an incoming buyer with opportunity to rebrand and add value.

Tune is in a fantastic location, with Liverpool city centre currently undergoing a huge amount of regeneration. We expect there to be a lot of interest coming forward.”
