Law firm bases its North West expansion in Liverpool
A Hampshire law firm has opened a new office in Liverpool city centre, creating 12 jobs for legal professionals.
Dutton Gregory Solicitors has a network of six offices across the south of England and has made the strategic decision to reflect its national client base by investing in the new office at Exchange Court, Dale Street.
The office supports a flexible way of working and is a contemporary fit-out within an iconic historic building. Exchange Court is opposite the city’s town hall and located close to James Street and Moorfield railway stations.
Dutton Gregory has appointed Liverpudlian local Alex Gregory-Chialton as office and business development manager to drive the expansion into the North west. With an extensive knowledge of the regional property market and more than 17 years of property experience, Alex previously owned an estate and letting agency in North Liverpool, and spent the past 10 of those running Newman Street, a mortgage advice business.
Paul Sams, head of property at Dutton Gregory, said: “Opening an office in the north of England, 230 miles from our Chandler’s Ford headquarters, has taken considerable planning and investment. Having recruited Alex Gregory-Chialton earlier this year, we are delighted to have now opened our Liverpool office, with more members of the team joining this month and next.”
