Work starts on latest speculative warehouse scheme at Knowsley 107

Work has begun on Pembury Real Estate and abrdn’s latest speculative warehouse scheme at Knowsley 107.

The building, extending to 107,000 sqft incorporating 5,000 sqft of offices will achieve NetZero ready status on completion, expected in Q4 2023.

The facility will provide 11 fast electric car charging points and be future proofed to provide more.

Knight Frank and LM6 have been appointed as joint agents to market the leasehold space.

Phil Morley of LM6, said: “The site has great connectivity, being close to junction 4 of the M57 motorway and junction 23 of the M6, and will provide much needed, modern, high quality space in the Liverpool City Region.”
