Children’s charity Variety is to launch a new awards evening for the North West property sector.

The North West PROPS, a northern-focused version of the charity’s popular PROPS Awards, will support disadvantaged and disabled children across the North West region.

The event will take place at the Hilton Hotel Deansgate Manchester on November 30, and the ceremony will offer a chance for the North West’s property professionals to celebrate their successes while supporting the charity through sponsorships, and attending the Gala Dinner.

Backing for the awards has seen some of the biggest names in property who are pledging their time and support for the cause. Board members already include:  George Downing, Chairman of the Downing Group; Mark Hawthorn, CEO for Landmark Group; Richard Ainscough, Group CEO and Chairman for Network Space; Mark Bailey, Managing Director for Landwood Group; Paul Reeves, Managing Director for Kroll.
