Plans submitted for 13 industrial units at Hollinwood Junction
Oldham Council is being asked to approve plans for the next phase of developer Langtree's £40m Hollinwood Junction project, being delivered in partnership with the local authority.
Permission is being sought for 13 units providing a total of 192,000 sq ft of light industrial, storage, distribution and manufacturing space, with associated parking and service yards.
