Software specialist takes 10-year lease at HQ-style Middlewich offices

InHealth Intelligence has signed a 10-year lease at Universal House in Middlewich.

The software provider of information management solutions for health organisations in the UK was signed up by Canning O’Neill, which was acting on behalf of Tilstone managing Warehouse REIT.

InHealth Intelligence has taken the 23,705 sq ft high quality office building for its own occupation.

Universal House comprises a quality, modern headquarters-style property over the ground and two upper floors and is accessed through a central reception.

John Nash, director at Canning O’Neill, said: “Universal House offers exceptional, headquartered-style accommodation with ample car parking making it ideal for an organisation such as InHealth Intelligence.

“Middlewich is one of Cheshire’s main employment locations and the area itself offers a range of amenities both on Midpoint 18 Business Park and in Middlewich town centre.”

Henrietta Daniels, asset manager at Tilstone, said: “From appointing Canning O’Neill in mid-2022 they acted quickly to identify opportunities and we are absolutely delighted to have the property occupied ahead of the business plan.

“This is great news for the region and for a business park which continues to go from strength to strength.”

InHealth Intelligence was advised by Jack Measom at BH2.
