Latest housing association contract will deliver 47 affordable homes
First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) has agreed a £13.1m contract with housebuilder Lovell Homes to deliver 47 family properties at its Eden Park scheme in Langley.
The investment by the housing association is part of its development strategy to deliver 1,100 new, high quality, energy efficient homes in Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside, Kirklees, and Calderdale 2020-2026 to improve the lives of local people.
