Tower 12, in Manchester’s Spinningfields district, is now fully let after the latest deal for a five-year lease by Cubiq Recruitment.

The agency, which boasts it links talent with technology, has taken 2,124 sq ft of the 10th floor.

The space has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception, common areas and office floors to provide contemporary Grade A workspace.

Cubiq was previously located at New Bailey in Salford.

Tower 12 is a premier commercial district building with a range of amenities, such as basement car parking, exposed VRF heating and cooling.

It is also Wired Score Silver-certified, confirming its smart connectivity capabilities.

In addition, the space benefits from a range of restaurants on its doorstep, such as The Ivy, Australasia, Fazenda and 20 Stories.

Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management at real estate company, OBI, said: “Cubiq Recruitment and Tower 12 are a perfectly matched partnership that we can’t wait to see flourish.

“Given Cubiq’s progressive approach to talent acquisition and the building’s flexible working environment, fit for forward-thinking businesses, this deal will undoubtedly be a huge success.”

Matt Mckenna, director at Cubiq Recruitment, said: “It is our mission to build business through collaboration and our move to Tower 12 will allow us to do exactly that in a space that encourages partnerships and a flexible working environment.

“We’re excited to continue to grow our offering and make use of all that Tower 12 has to offer.”

Tower 12 is already home to a diverse mix of operators, including Costa Coffee, Caspian Insurance, Fletcher Rae, Lincoln Chambers and Anderson James.

The landlord on the deal is CBRE IM, which was jointly advised by OBI and CBRE.
