Renaker completes first of three Salford towers

The first of three new towers at Colliers Yard, in Salford, has been completed, said Manchester property developer, Renaker.

Cortland at Colliers Yard, a glass-clad 50-storey Build-to-Rent (BTR) property has been acquired by real estate investment, development and management company, Cortland.

Offering 559 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with more than 25,000 sq ft of amenity space, Cortland at Colliers Yard features a three-storey brick podium level which will include shops restaurants and bars, creating an attractive neighbourhood at street level.

Also included in the scheme is Greengate Park – 0.6 acres of public realm with seated and lawned areas, which will provide high quality amenity for residents and non-residents.
