Double deal done at Deeside Industrial Park

Unit 57, Deeside Industrial Park

Two new lettings have been signed at Zone Two of Deeside Industrial Park.

Joint agents, Legat Owen and B8 Real Estate, said that Bevie Partners has expanded from Unit 19 to take unit 57, which was comprehensively refurbished, measuring 27,326 sq ft on a 10-year lease.

Also, existing tenant, Salamander Solutions, was identified and expanded its footprint at the park, taking unit 19 (25,526 sq ft) in addition to unit 18.

These latest transactions mean that all existing stock at the park has been fully let, leaving only the two newly-completed builds now available.

This scheme has achieved EPC rating of ‘A+’, a BREEAM Very Good rating and offers a photo voltaic array to achieve net zero performance in regulated energy use as well as Electric Vehicle charging points to 10% of car parking spaces with infrastructure in place to expand this.

DEESIDE63 comprises 63,205 sq ft, sits on a 3.55-acre plot with a clear working height of 12m, while DEESIDE40 offers 39,762 sq ft on 2.09 acres, with a clear working height of 10m. Both provide dock and level loading and minimum 40/45m yard depths.

Mark Diaper, director at Legat Owen, said: “Deeside Industrial Estate offers clients the space to expand without having to relocate. With these final two units now occupied, we expect a high level of demand for the remaining two new buildings, which offer occupiers highly efficient, modern industrial space in a well established business location.”

Units are available to let at £7.95 psf.
