Accountancy group expands with sixth acquisition of 2023

Chartered Accountants, tax and business advisers, DTE Business Advisers, has joined accountancy group DJH Mitten Clarke, in a takeover for an undisclosed sum.

DTE, which has offices in Manchester and Bury, is the sixth acquisition of 2023 by Stoke-on-Trent-based DJH Mitten Clarke.

The new partnership provides DTE’s clients with access to in-house specialist services offered by DJH Mitten Clarke, such as R&D, capital allowances, commercial funding, estate planning and HR.

Directors, Fiona O’Loughlin, George Lovell, Matt Beckley, Richard Bell, and Richard Taylor will continue to lead the DTE team.
