Wilkinson store to create 64 jobs in Wythenshawe

VALUE home and garden retailer Wilkinson is to create 64 jobs when it opens its latest store in Wythenshawe next month.

The 15,000 sq ft store, situated in Etrop Court, off Rowlands Way, will be the 360th in the value home and garden retailer’s portfolio when it opens on Thursday 15th September.

The new store will mean the creation of 64 jobs for local people, with a variety of roles, from sales assistants and security officers, to stock supervisors and warehouse staff.

Store manager Debi Eastham said: “Opening a new store in Wythenshawe is an exciting prospect for Wilkinsons. We are pleased to be bringing our great value, high quality product ranges to the area and we are certain that local residents will appreciate our focus on providing excellent customer service.

“We are also proud to be creating 64 new jobs for local people and building a skilled team, who will make shopping at the store a unique, enjoyable experience for customers.
