Cumbrian accountants to merge through April takeover deal
Two Cumbrian accountancy practices are poised to join together following a takeover deal by Workington-based robinson+co.
The firm will acquire Lillyhall-based DHC Accounting on April 1, for an undisclosed sum.
For more than nine decades robinson+co has been serving clients form its offices across West Cumbria.
The company’s almost 30-strong team provides advice across a range of industries.
DHC has had a strong accounting presence under the leadership and guidance of Tony Briscoe since 2002, with a particular specialism among its six-strong team in furnished holiday lets.

Following the transfer, all staff and operations will relocate to robinson+co’s offices on New Oxford Street, Workington, from April 1.
