May opening for King Pins’ second Manchester site
Bowling complex, King Pins, is set to open in Manchester Arndale on May 17.
The leisure complex announced plans to open its second Manchester site, and the first in the city centre, last November.
The brand, which launched its first site in Trafford Palazzo last summer, signed a deal to occupy a previously vacant unit, creating a second home for ‘The Crown Jewels of Bowling’ in the city centre.
The second King Pins site will boast a variety of activities for all ages, including its signature state-of-the-art ten-pin and duck-pin bowling, karaoke party rooms, arcade games, American pool, shuffleboard, batting cages and ice-free curling, as well as King Pins debuts for mini golf, tech darts and Wild West Shooting at the new Arndale location.
Manchester favourites PLY, will be serving up its popular ‘straight from the pizza oven’ style pizza alongside Wings of Power with its famous fried or roasted chicken and cauliflower wings, burgers, tenders, and more.
Royal Treats will be bringing its signature desserts emporium to the new Arndale site To accompany this, the bar will have a huge range of draught lager, craft ales, bottles, and cans alongside a choice of house and frozen cocktails and no and low-crafted drinks.
James Travis, Brand Manager at King Pins, said: “We can hardly contain our excitement as the opening date draws nearer for our second site.
“To be joining over 200 brands in one of the UK’s leading shopping and leisure destinations, Manchester Arndale, is an honour.
“Our second home will still feature our signature ten-pin and duck-pin bowling offering that we know our guests have come to love, alongside a range of new activities. We’re also really pleased to announce our friends PLY and Wings of Power will be joining us once again to serve up more delicious grub in the new site.”
