Developer on expansion trail with two acquisitions under its wing

Liverpool-based Brantones, a developer of retirement, affordable and supported living solutions, has announced a major restructuring following the completion of two landmark acquisitions for the business.

The acquisitions of Robwood Construction and Robwood Residential will enable the business to broaden its services to capture refurbishment and other minor works, as well as delivering more turnkey solutions to its customer base in what is expected to be a period of rapid growth.

Both acquisitions will sit under the newly formed Brantones Group, headed up by company director Lee Birkett.

Brantones was established in 1990. It has worked with some of the UK’s most prominent housing associations including First Choice Homes, Warrington Housing Association and Inclusion Housing.

The developer also works on behalf of the NHS and various charitable organisations.

Lee Birkett said: “It’s been a really exciting time for Brantones.

“Over the last few months we have really matured as a business and these acquisitions will allow the Brantones Group to expand our services, our customer base and our expertise to ensure we can continue to deliver the highest quality affordable, caring and supported living solutions in the North West and beyond.”

He added: “We have a lot of great projects coming up in the pipeline and expect 2024 to be a great year for the Brantones Group.”
