Takeover puts the heat under kitchen firm’s expansion plans
Wilmslow-based Nolte Kitchens UK has completed the acquisition of Wrexham-based contracts kitchen installation business BKNC, for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will support the substantial growth of Nolte’s direct-to-trade kitchen division, and enhance its offering to the construction and housebuilder sector.
Nolte was previously a shareholder in BKNC, which boasts a national construction client base, including both larger national homebuilders and smaller, more bespoke luxury developers.

BKNC has an impressive reputation in the contract kitchen installation marketplace with their highly dedicated and experienced trade team, which we are looking forward to integrating into Nolte Kitchens UK.

Acquiring BKNC will allow for more competitive pricing and streamlining of the process, with a greater control and a heightened service proposition, from the initial design stage, to ordering and delivery, right through to installation and dedicated aftercare.”

Nolte Kitchens UK is the UK distributor for Nolte Küchen, a German kitchen brand, with a history dating back to 1958. It has 15 showrooms around the UK and has further expansion planned.
