Network Space sells sheds in Skem and Knowsley for £4m

Network Space has Industrial property specialist B8RE has sold two single let assets to private individuals for over £4m, following a competitive bidding processes run by B8RE.

The assets include a 23,012 sq ft detached unit in Skelmersdale on a 3.2-acre site, let to RMD Kwikform, and a detached modern 12,072 sq ft detached unit in Knowsley occupied by Greenbridge Technology. 

Tom Dawson, Managing Director at NSI said he was thrilled at the outcome in a challenging market. 

“We are eager to put those funds to good use and expand our portfolio. Our focus remains on single and multi-let industrial properties throughout the North. Whether its income generating assets, vacant assets, or estates with value-add and redevelopment potential,” he said. 

Joe Sinclair, Associate Director at B8RE said the sale showed there was still demand for “good quality assets, in strong North West industrial locations”. 

“In what remains a challenging market, it’s great to reach such a successful conclusion in quick timeframes working alongside NSI and the other parties,” he added.
