Law firm eyes further growth with £12m NatWest funding package

Expansion plans by Manchester-based defendant law firm, Horwich Farrelly (HF), have been boosted with a £12m funding package provided by NatWest Group.

The funding will underpin HF’s mission to grow turnover, building on its solid foundations and reputation in the legal and insurance sectors.

With a turnover of £51m in the last financial year, HF has established itself as a partner to large insurers and other commercial organisations, providing legal support.

Its client portfolio includes 19 of the Top 20 insurance companies.

The firm has more than 50 years of industry experience and approximately 800 dedicated people across 11 offices.

Under the leadership of CEO and Managing Partner, Ronan McCann, HF has undergone significant transformation in recent years. This strategic shift facilitated changes in management, staff incentivisation and investment in innovative technology, positioning the firm for future success.
