Commercial property agents, Legat Owen, acting on behalf of The Duchy of Lancaster, has agreed leases with four new tenants at Crewe Hall Farm.

The Broker Investment Group is the most recent addition, taking office space at Oak House.

Comprising 4,000 sq ft, the modern high quality office accommodation at Oak House provides the insurance broker with plenty of space to house its expanding team in a first-class working environment, complete with brand new meeting rooms.

Dave Clapp, CEO, The Broker Investment Group, said: “The staff are delighted with such a wonderful location and high quality office accommodation, aided by a very smooth transition process.”

The past six months have seen a succession of new agreements at Crewe Hall Farm brokered by Legat Owen. Renewable energy developer, CoGen, has signed up to 700 sq ft at The Dairy. Radcliffe Group, which is well established in the Cheshire area as elite level physiotherapists and movement experts, has taken an additional 1,100 sq ft in The Dairy. In addition, AMG Nursing and Care Services now occupies 2,400 sq ft in the Hayloft.

Situated in landscaped grounds and owned by the Duchy of Lancaster, Crewe Hall Farm was formerly a collection of redundant barns and farm buildings before it was sensitively redeveloped into a high quality office scheme.

The development offers 27,000 sq ft of contemporary accommodation in suites ranging from 300 to 6,500 sq ft. The combination of flexible interior layouts, discreet on-site parking and green open spaces within a spacious rural setting has proved popular.

Andy Butler, Director, Legat Owen, said: “Crewe Hall Farm is an established and desirable site which meets the needs of businesses from a variety of sectors.

“It is an idyllic setting yet only minutes away from the M6 motorway, Crewe railway station and half an hour’s drive from Manchester Airport.”

Further office space is available at Crewe Hall Farm, of up to 6,500 sq ft.
