First tenants welcomed to new Lancashire premium coworking office

Manchester-based Cringle Corporation has officially opened its premium coworking centre, in collaboration with Branco Capital, at 33-34 Winckley Square, Preston.
Over the past two months it has welcomed the first tenants to the premium, flexible workspace in the heart of the city centre.
The centre, managed by OneCoWork, offers more than 300 desks and 4,000 sq ft of communal space including lounges, kitchens, meeting rooms, event spaces and gym.
The second phase of the scheme is a further 200 desks, to be built out specifically for larger requirements.
The space has been designed to inspire, and the workspace is aimed at individuals, teams, and businesses.
Ben Nachoom, CEO of OneCoWork, stated: “We are thrilled to see the interest generated by our premium offering in partnership with Branco Capital, bringing a new form of managed and flexible workspace to Preston.
