Wellness group takes new warehouse and office space

Bolton-based luxury wellness products provider, SpaMedica, has secured new warehouse space, in Walkden, which offers 9,860 sq ft of warehousing space, along with two-storey offices, 24-hour security and wellness facilities.
Positioned within Towngate Business Centre, the warehouse meets SpaMedica’s standards for sustainability, it said.
It holds a BREEAM very good rating and boasts a range of green credentials, including an EPC ‘A’ rating.
The premises also incorporate EV charging points, PV solar panels, and modern, thermally-efficient cladding on the roof and elevations.
Strategically located off Lester Road and accessible from Manchester Road West (A6), the warehouse provides convenient access to the M61 motorway, connecting to the broader North West motorway network.
It is approximately eight miles north west of Manchester city centre and three miles south of Bolton.
Global real estate services firm, JLL, advised SpaMedica on securing the property.
