Rock legend Bruce Springsteen to play Anfield and Co-op Live next summer

Rock legend, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band, will play Liverpool FC’s Anfield Stadium next year as part of the club’s latest deal for staging huge concerts at the ground.

Among artists already confirmed for next summer are Billy Joel and Dua Lipa.

The concert will be part of the iconic US band’s 2025 European tour run. 

The live show, renowned for Springsteen’s extended performances of around three hours or more, will come to Anfield on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Tickets will go on general sale at 10am on Friday, October 11, and pre-sale details will be announced early next week. 

Springsteen and his band are also scheduled to play Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena on the 17th and 20th of May 2025, which will be the only Arena shows in the UK in 2025.

Pre-sale tickets for the Manchester shows will be on sale from the 9th of October to “members” of Co-op Live.

LFC says Anfield is now a destination of choice for leading acts across the world and this summer hosted more than 250,000 music fans across a memorable five nights, including global star Taylor Swift.

Concerts held at Anfield over the past five years have helped boost the local economy and provided thousands of jobs for local people.

Since 2019 a total of seven artists have played 11 concerts at Anfield so far, including The Eagles, The Rolling Stones and Elton John with close to half a million people visiting the stadium seeing the local economy boosted by more than £31m.

Next year’s concerts will benefit from the addition of extra seating in the ground’s Anfield Road stand which took capacity to more than 60,000.
