Phil Marsden, managing director of MUSE, was honoured as our 2024 Property Leader, and the search is now on for our 2025 winner.

As managing director of Muse, Phil – unable to attend the presentation but celebrated in his absence (pictured above) – has overseen the delivery of large scale, multi-phase regeneration projects.

Through trailblazing and pioneering projects such as Eden, Phil, with the team at Muse, is helping to lead the construction and property sector to deliver in more sustainable ways through smart regeneration and innovation.

Now, as the entry deadline looms, the process of recognising his successor is well under way.

The deadline for entries is Friday 8 November 2024. Visit https://leadershipawards.uk/ for more information and to download an entry form.
