Christie sells two nurseries to group operators

Property adviser Christie & Co has completed the freehold sale of two nurseries.

Cosy Corner Day Nursery in Prenton, Wirral has been purchased by the growing regional group operator, Atherton House Nursery Group, taking the group to seven settings across the North West.

Rope Green Farm Day Nursery has been purchased by expanding local group operator, Kids Planet Day Nurseries which now owns over 200 settings across the UK.

Cosy Corner Day Nursery and Rope Green were sold for undisclosed prices.
