Nolan Redshaw has expanded its valuation team with the appointment of experienced surveyor, Kim Lee, who has joined having previously been with Aitchison Raffety and CBRE.
With almost 20 years of experience, Kim is an accomplished RICS Registered Valuer.
Her expertise and experience dealing with secured lending, pension fund valuations, and red book valuation work, will help Bury-based Nolan Redshaw facilitate the upturn in instructions and continue to provide unparalleled service to their valued clients.

Nikki Melia, from South Liverpool, has been appointed as Group Head of Business Development by Alcedo Care.
In her new role Nikki is responsible for implementing and driving the North West-based group’s business development strategy.
In the next 12-18 months, Nikki hopes to successfully grow the Group’s complex care offering, raise the profile of Alcedo’s portfolio of services and ensure the company is the provider of choice across the North of England and Wales.
She said: “For the last 10 years I have specialised in business development and have contributed to the growth and sustainability of several charities and service providers. Alcedo Care was a natural next step for me, and I am very happy to be part of the team.”

Leonard Curtis continues expansion of its funding pillar with the appointment of Mike Dinnell to the business advisory and commercial finance team in Manchester.
With more than 30 years of banking and debt advisory experience, Mike has supported numerous businesses looking for growth funding. Mike’s experience covers a wide range of sectors with a specialism in structured finance and working capital solutions.

Chartered Surveying practice, King Street Real Estate, based in Manchester city centre, has appointed James Preston, Director from the Colliers national investment team.
The firm has also recently taken on grad investment agent, Toby Moule.

Merseyside Buildings Preservation Trust (MBPT), first established in Liverpool in 1988, is ushering in a new era after appointing a new chair and welcoming two new board members to the team.
The trust is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run charity that supports not for profit organisations and other public sector bodies to rescue at-risk heritage buildings across Merseyside, acting in an advisory capacity to future-proof and find new uses for historic local assets.
Steve Power has been appointed as chair of the trust, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in regeneration, having previously served as Development Director for the Ropewalks Partnership Initiative, delivering key projects such as FACT and Tea Factory, and more recently with Liverpool City, Oldham and Sefton Councils.
Joining the MBPT board are Pete Hoey and Dave Levitt. Pete has worked with the MBPT and brings extensive experience in the conservation design and advice sector, and Dave arrives with global experience in the resources sector from across Europe, America, and Asia.
