RSK hits acquisition trail once more, targeting property services business

Cheshire sustainable solutions group, RSK, has completed its latest acquisition, with the addition of London-based property services business, 3BM Group, for an undisclosed sum.
The 3BM business specialises in project management, consultancy services, architecture and planning.
The deal brings together two employee-owned businesses with shared commitments to sustainable, high quality solutions.
The acquisition sees 3BM, with regional offices in London and Chelmsford, join RSK’s extensive network.
It brings a strong portfolio of clients including the NHS, Crown Commercial Service, St John’s College (Oxford University), and various educational institutions.

Helsby-based RSK, headed by founder and chief executive, Alan Ryder, comprises more than 200 companies and employs more than 15,000 people in 40 countries on six continents.
The group’s annual turnover at the end of fiscal year 2023, was £1.2bn.
