How Dave Stevinson is taking QBS Technology to £1bn by 2030

QBS Technology has developed a new methodology for integrating businesses the company acquires.

Last year the Alderley Edge based software business took another step  continues its journey to become a $1bn global business by 2030 when it completed the acquisition of South Africa-based cybersecurity distributor Maxtec.

The acquisition continues QBS’ journey to bolster its presence in the META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) region move aligns QBS goal to significantly expanding their global presence whilst tapping into fast growing emerging markets with promising potential.

Dave Stevinson chief executive of QBS Technology will be our special guest speaker at our lunch in Manchester on the 30th of January.

The winner of the CEO of the year award at the North West Business of the Year Awards 2024, Dave is taking the business to new heights.

A Harvard Business School graduate, with a 20-year background in leadership at several global technology firms and five years transforming regional distributors, he not only has a passion for software and is keen on data analytics and process automation, but is reportedly very handy with a racket and is a decent tennis player.

On winning the double of the individual and team awards, Dave said: “These awards are a fantastic recognition of the team’s dedication and passion for delivering top-notch technologies to even more customers. They fuel our ambition to keep pushing boundaries and driving innovation.”
