Merseyside housing association, Livv Housing Group, has welcomed Lisa Olsen as its new Director of Customer Services.
With more than a decade of experience in customer service across the not-for-profit and private sectors, Lisa joins Livv from Halton Housing, where she held the position of Director of Customer Experience.
In her new role, Lisa will oversee Livv’s contact centre and complaints functions.
She said: “Throughout my career, the customer has always been my priority – understanding who they are, what they need and how they feel, then using this insight to design, deliver and improve services.
“I’m excited to be part of a culture that strives to make a genuine difference for our customers and communities.”

Paul Williams
PKF Littlejohn Advisory has appointed Paul Williams as a new Partner to further strengthen the firm’s UK-wide restructuring and insolvency capabilities.
With more than 30 years’ experience across corporate restructuring, recovery and advisory, Paul has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to a wide range of senior lenders. High profile assignments range from financial advisory, turnaround and debt restructuring through to enforcement, particularly in relation to property.
Paul’s notable recent experience includes the restructuring of an international cruise liner business, the provision of advisory and restructuring services to an international high end fashion company resulting in the refinancing of the incumbent lender, survival of the business and the continued employment of all staff.

Laura Jones
Housebuilder Anwyl Homes has appointed Laura Jones as head of digital marketing as the company hones its online focus.
Based at the developer’s headquarters in Ewloe, near Chester, Laura is looking forward to the challenge of leading on Anwyl’s digital campaigns and online homebuying experience.
She said: “It’s an exciting role as digital marketing is an ever-changing field – whether it’s a TikTok trend or a new platform to explore, there’s something new every day. Our aim is to become a leader in online marketing for our industry and beyond.”
Laura began her career with a luxury travel company after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a First-Class degree in Multimedia Journalism.
She now works across the company’s two regional operations: Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales and Anwyl Homes Lancashire.

Richard O’Meara
K7 Media has named Head of Drama and Insight, Richard O’Meara, as its new Managing Director.
Richard, who has been with the Manchester-based company for more than a decade, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Having served on the management team since 2018, and as Associate Director over the past year, Richard has demonstrated leadership and a deep understanding of the company’s operations and values.
Founder and CEO, Keri Lewis Brown, will work closely with Richard, saying: “His leadership and dedication have been a key part of our success, and I am confident that, under his management, K7 Media will continue to thrive and innovate.”

Mark Massey and Wayne Jones
Manchester-based AEW Architects has recruited two highly experienced industry specialists bringing a combined experience in excess of 60 years.
Associate director, Mark Massey, has returned to the practice following a 22-year tenure at Calderpeel Architects and is joined by Wayne Jones, appointed to the newly-created position of technical lead.
The multi award-winning practice, which recently launched a London office, employs upwards of 100 people and has a project portfolio currently in excess of 1,300 live opportunities.
In light of the Government’s target to build 1.5 million new homes in the next five years, Mark has been brought in to complement and strengthen AEW’s residential portfolio.
Wayne joins AEW with more than 40 years’ industry experience amassed at several high profile North West practices, most recently with a 10-year stint as associate director at Leach Rhodes Walker.

Rugby league legend, Paul Sculthorpe, has joined telecoms and IT managed service provider dbfb as a Director.
To drive business growth, dbfb announced that the former Warrington, St Helens, and Great Britain captain will spearhead the company’s ambitious commercial expansion plans, including the launch of a new business base in Greater Manchester.
Joining Sculthorpe is Paige-Elise Harrison, an experienced business development professional, who has been newly appointed as dbfb’s Head of Sales for the Northern region.
