Xenia Lettings has appointed Dannielle Britt as Head of Lettings. Dannielle joins the company with more than 15 years of extensive experience in the property sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Over the course of her career, Dannielle has excelled in various positions within the property industry. With dual qualifications in Sales and Lettings, she possesses the skills necessary to effectively manage the challenges of today’s letting market.

Dave Ferry

Cheshire-based full fibre provider, ITS, has announced a series of strategic appointments and promotions within its sales function, laying the foundation for ambitious growth in 2025.

At the helm of these changes, Dave Ferry has been promoted to the role of Chief Sales Officer, where he will oversee ITS’s sales strategies across partners, public sector, and major business clients.

With five years of significant contributions at ITS, Dave’s expertise and deep industry knowledge position him to steer the company toward its ambitious growth targets.

Joining Dave’s new team are Ashley Griffiths and Mark Thomas, proven industry leaders whose experience and achievements will bring additional strength to ITS’s sales function.

Ashley takes on the role of Business Director, Major Business. A leader with more than 20 years of experience, Ashley has a proven record of driving growth in emerging markets such as AI, mobile, and next generation technologies.

Mark Thomas has joined ITS as Business Director, Public Sector. A seasoned executive, he has extensive experience leading high performance teams. Mark previously served as Managing Director of Datrix and Chief Revenue Officer of Adept.

In addition to these external appointments, Dan Bruce has been promoted to Head of Volume Sales. Dan will oversee all sales activities for channel partners, bringing his in-depth understanding of ITS’s operations to deliver continued success in this vital area.

Chris Ledson

Bolton-based Mansell Building Solutions has recruited a specialist in modern methods in construction (MMC) to the newly-created position of head of operations.

Chris Ledson, who began his career as an apprentice joiner, has worked his way through the ranks, holding positions including project manager, contract manager and head of site operations.

With experience in MMC, including running a modular facility, Ledson has worked for tier one contractors on projects across the UK and has overseen a number of public sector schemes for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Ministry of Justice and Department For Education.

Chris Ledson said: “MMC is the future and the sooner the industry realises it, the better.

“Offering the possibility to manufacture 365 days a year in a controlled environment, we can deliver a level of certainty that’s not possible with traditional methods. Bob Dennis

EG Group, the Blackburn-based international operator of convenience retail, foodservices and fuel stations, has appointed Bob Dennis as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

He will join the board of EG Group on February 1, 2025. Following the completion of EG Group’s FY2024 audit, Bob will transition to Audit and Risk Committee Chair in the spring of this year.

Alison Carnwath will continue to serve on the board as a Non-Executive Director after four years’ service as Audit Chair.

Bob is a seasoned professional with 38 years’ experience advising Fortune 1000 companies, both public and private equity-backed entities, primarily in the energy and natural resources, transportation, and food and drink sectors in the US, which is EG Group’s single largest market.

Bob is a retired Partner with KPMG where he most recently served as Energy and Industrial Products Sector Lead, and was based in KPMG’s Denver, Colorado office.

Matt Cobbold

Palatine, the Manchester-based sustainably driven mid-market investor, has announced three promotions across its team. 

Matt Cobbold and Greta Steponaviciute have been promoted to Strategic Growth Directors within the Value Enhancement Team. Matt and Greta oversee and support management teams across the Buyout and Impact Fund portfolios to identify, prioritise and execute value  creation initiatives.

Janita Afzal has also been promoted from Office Administrator to Junior PA.

Matt will be based in Manchester and Greta and Janita in the London office.

CG, the North West commercial law firm, has unveiled a series of promotions, reflecting its commitment to nurturing talent and developing career progression.

Kate Rainey, who has been at CG since the early days of the business, has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Employment team. She joined CG in 2018 as a newly qualified solicitor in a small employment team of three.

She said: “I truly feel privileged to have been a part of the CG journey from so early on and cannot believe how far we have come in such a little amount of time.”

Surayya Munshi has also recently been promoted to the role of Senior Associate in the firm’s Commercial team. Since joining the firm in 2021, Surayya’s dedication, hard work, and exceptional technical ability has been instrumental to the success and growth of the Commercial team.

Alex McGlade, who has been with CG for four years, and Ali Iqbal, who has been at CG for three years, have also been promoted to Associate positions in the Employment and Corporate teams, respectively. Both have consistently demonstrated exceptional client service and dedication, embodying CG’s culture of excellence.

Panacea Building Systems has appointed Mike Foy as director.

In his new role, Mike will take responsibility for the business activities of Panacea Building Systems, overseeing all live and pipeline projects, and supporting managing director Dean Johnston to drive growth and awareness.

Panacea, provides innovative offsite lightgauge steel framing and dry lining solutions for a number of key clients in the healthcare and residential sectors.

Mike will take an holistic approach covering all pre-construction, commercial and operational activities, while also developing new partnerships and making the Panacea system available to new customers.

Professionally qualified as a quantity surveyor, Mike brings more than 25 years’ experience to his new role, having worked in quantity surveying and operations management and as a commercial director for specialist contracting and subcontracting businesses.

Prior to joining Panacea, he most recently worked in a pre-fabrication facility overseeing the offsite manufacture of construction materials and delivery to projects across the UK.

He said: “Having worked with Dean Johnston in previous roles, I have closely followed the growth and development of Panacea which is a superb product. With my relevant expertise in this area, it was a logical move for me, allowing me to join a company with great potential at this exciting time.”

Managing director, Dean Johnston, welcomed Mike and said: “Having specialised in offsite solutions for the last 17 years, he brings a wealth of experience to the role and I am confident he will be a great asset as the business develops.”
