Energy group’s acquisition adds battery storage know-how to overall offering

MJ Quinn Integrated Services, (MJQ), the Knowsley-based specialist in critical infrastructure, telecommunications engineering and energy solutions, has acquired MSP Technologies, for an undisclosed sum.
MSP, based in Holme, Cumbria, incorporates Multi Source Power (MSP), a specialist in integrated battery energy storage systems (BESS), independent power infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy management systems.
MJ Quinn said the deal underscores its commitment to advancing sustainable energy and innovative power solutions across the UK and Europe.
It expands the Knowsley firm’s service offering and positions the group at the forefront of the energy transition. With MSP’s deep experience in designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge battery energy storage systems and power infrastructure, MJ Quinn is set to enhance its capacity to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the growing demand for reliable, sustainable, and innovative energy infrastructure.
