Bank provides property sector lender with £100m funding line

NatWest Bank has provided a £100m funding line for Manchester-based property development lender, Roma Finance.

The facility will enable Roma to significantly scale its loan book, increasing its total lending capacity to £400m, and reinforcing its position in the bridging and buy-to-let markets.

As well as supporting its ambitious growth plans for 2025, the deal also enhances Roma’s ability to meet the evolving needs of brokers and property investors, providing flexible and competitive finance options in a fast-moving industry.
