Criminal law firm expands with move to bigger Manchester headquarters

Criminal law firm, Olliers Solicitors, has doubled its Manchester office space in a move to new premises at 44 Peter Street.

It  marks a significant milestone in the firm’s growth, increasing its office space to 3,500 sq ft and solidifying its commitment to expansion and innovation within the legal sector.

The firm will move from Deansgate to be based in Northspring | Peter Street and has undertaken a complete fit-out to accommodate the growing team’s needs and create a welcoming space for clients.

The building also offers amenities, including a gym and business lounge.

Olliers has secured a five-year lease on the new premises.

Over the past four years, Olliers has experienced remarkable growth, tripling its turnover since 2020, to £4.75m and doubling its staffing levels in the past two years to 42.

This expansion aligns with the firm’s vision to future-proof its operations as it continues to build on its reputation for taking a proactive approach to criminal law.

Matthew Claughton, managing director, said: “Our move to 44 Peter Street is a testament to the exceptional progress Olliers has made in recent years.
