Entrepreneur enters financial support arena with money management platform

A new player has emerged in the financial support sector with the launch of Knutsford-based Miss Money Savvy.
It aims to become a community-based money management website to help customers improve their finances and find the best providers for their household bills.
The business said it is unique and completely different to price comparison websites, such as moneysupermarket.com, which help customers find the cheapest services.
Spearheaded by businesswoman, Emma Elston, it will focus on services and products such as energy tariffs, mobile phone contracts and insurance deals.
Ms Elston ran UKCM for 25 years before selling it to Impact Environmental Group (IEG) in 2023.
Miss Money Savvy has been an idea that Emma has held for many years.
She said having experienced the challenges of balancing a demanding career, family life, and personal responsibilities, she envisioned a website that would take the hassle out of managing finances.
Emma Elston said: “Finding the right providers for bills and insurance can often be a time-consuming and complex task.
“At Miss Money Savvy, we carefully select trusted, reputable partners who offer products that are not only the best value but also fit for purpose.
“Our goal is to give customers peace of mind, knowing they are getting reliable solutions at great prices, without the hassle.”
She added: “By choosing Miss Money Savvy, customers can enjoy the confidence of having the right deals in place, helping them save money while ensuring their needs are fully met.
“We already have exciting plans to expand our offering, and will soon be launching further products to cover all our customers’ needs.”
