New property investment venture focused on discounted property deals launches

A new property investment company, Sacks Properties, has launched in Manchester today (April 8).

Sacks Properties, founded by property specialist Michael Sacks, aims to help UK investors access exclusive, discounted property deals not available on the open market.

The launch comes as the Government pushes forward with ambitious plans to build 1.3 million homes by 2030, targeting a potential ‘40-year high of 305,000 per year’ by the end of that period.

The new venture will focus on negotiating off-market discounts with developers and housebuilders, leveraging Sacks’s extensive network built over 15 years of property investment experience.

Sacks, who co-founded Sequre Property Investment in 2013 and built it to become the UK’s largest buy-to-let property company with annual sales exceeding £200m, has personally invested approximately £20m in property over the past 15 years.

He said: “Despite the negativity you might read, UK property prices are about to increase dramatically due to  our ever-growing population and a lack of housing supply.

“We see an opportunity in educating and helping UK investors find deals that they won’t be able to access on the open market by pre-negotiating discounted deals with our extensive network of developers and house builders.”

He added: “I’ve put my name above the door of this company because we are taking a long term approach to helping property investors.”

The Government’s Spring Statement revealed an extra £2bn for the Affordable Homes Programme and a £600m construction skills package to train up to 60,000 more skilled workers.

Sacks Properties recently secured a deal for investors that saw eight Manchester apartments sold at £20,000 below market value with yields close to seven per cent, all sold within 24 hours of being offered to clients.

The company has already committed to office space in Altrincham and recruited marketing and sales managers with 50 years of combined experience.

Investments through Sacks Properties will start from around £100,000 per property, with a minimum entry point of approximately £35,000, including deposit and associated costs.
