Regeneration specialist, AspinallVerdi, extends NW reach with Manchester office

Property regeneration consultants, AspinallVerdi, has opened a Manchester office, at 82 King Street.
The new location complements its existing network of offices in Leeds, London, Liverpool, Newcastle and Birmingham and reinforces its ability to deliver strategic advice, with local knowledge, to public and private sector clients across the UK.
The move to an office in co-working space with landlord Regus reflects the continued growth of the business, which now has a team of 31, delivering consultancy services to public and private sector clients nationwide.
The Manchester office is led by associate director, Tom Smith, who joined AspinallVerdi in June 2024, from a development management role at Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation.
Tom is joined by consultant Leighanna O’Farrell, who joined in January 2025, from a role at Greater Manchester Combined Authority where she was seconded to Stockport MDC.
Tom and Leighanna have built a pipeline of business since joining AspinallVerdi, with current instructions including viability advice on the evolving Stockport Design Code, commercial advice to a BDP-led masterplan in Blackburn and strategic land advice in Bury.
Director, Andy Delaney, who leads AspinallVerdi’s North West business from the Liverpool office at Mann Island, said: “AspinallVerdi has been growing its presence in the North West region and with our growing portfolio of work, it is only right that the next phase of our growth is a permanent base in in the heart of Manchester.”
