Palatine-backed Bluprintx acquires in Australia
Liverpool-based digital transformation consultancy Bluprintx has completed the acquisition of Skie, a Salesforce consultancy, which operates globally from locations in Australia and Singapore.
Palatine private equity bought Blueprintx in September 2024 and the deal is shortlisted in the Rainmaker of the Year Awards to be held in June.
Founded just over six years ago, Skie has over 210 certifications and a 50-strong team of experts across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
