United Air Power bought by US multinational Ingersoll Rand
A Deeside-headquartered provider of compressed air services has been sold to a division of global industrial manufacturer Ingersoll Rand.
United Air Power, which also has operations in Denton in Greater Manchester and Bradford, West Yorkshire, specialises in the design, installation, distribution and maintenance of manufacturing-critical compressed air systems and gas-related engineering services.
Customers are in the food and drink sector, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, glass and building materials.
