Developer confirms fire ravaged Hotspur Press building will need to be taken down
Manner, the developer for The Hotspur Press, has confirmed that the fire damage means the structures remaining on the site will need to be taken down due to the damage caused by the fire, although any materials that can be reused will be incorporated into the new scheme.
However, the developer says it has committed to a regeneration scheme that will preserve the old façade for its planned 35 storey bronze student accommodation tower.
The Hotspur Press suffered extensive damage in a major fire in June 2025.
