Very Group blames ‘human error’ for action over two misleading website ads
Liverpool online retail group, Very, has been sanctioned by the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) after a complaint by consumer champion Which?
The issue related to two pages on the Very website, www.very.co.uk, seen on February 10, 2026.
First, a product page for the “Stiletto Ceramic Top Coffee Table - White” featured the text “£129 (Save £150)”. Crossed through text underneath stated “£279”.
A second product page for the “New Rubberwood Fixed Top 100 cm Kentucky Dining Table + 4 Chairs - White” feat...
