New Living Ventures bar wins licence

LIVING Ventures’ latest leisure concept has moved a step closer.
The Cheshire-based business behind the Blackhuse Grill brand and the new Suburbia nightspot in Hale, has been given a 2am licence for the Red Piano at No 15 in Alderley Edge.
The new venue is currently being refurbished and will open in the summer. It is on the site of the No 15 wine bar on London Road, which closed last March after 35 years.
Based over two floors, Red Piano will offer food and snacks throughout the day and evening. There will also be live music and a varied cocktail menu.
Knutsford-based Living Ventures was advised by the licensing team at law firm Kuits Solicitors in Manchester.
Partner Anthony Lyons said: “We wish Living Ventures every success with this new project. We are sure they can bring back the successful formula that made No.15 so popular in its day.”
