McGoff Group unveils first visuals for proposed 153-home development
The Altrincham-based McGoff Group has released the first visuals for its proposed development on Rochdale Road, which is currently in for planning and part of Manchester City Council’s Victoria North regeneration project.
The CGIs showcase how the group plans to transform the brownfield site into a contemporary residential scheme comprising 153 units made up of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, set among green open space.
