Another member of Scott Dylan’s gang gets director ban for role in £13.9m scam
Daryl Dylan, the half brother of scammer Scott Dylan, has been banned from being a company director for seven and a half years for his part in the unauthorised withdrawl of a total of £13.7m from business bank accounts with Barclays in 2021.
He faced a four day trial due to start tomorrow (Tuesday 28 July 2026) at the High Court in Manchester with lawyers representing the Secretary of State for business, alongside investigators from the Insolvency Service, seeking a lengthy ban.
