Iconic Lancashire jeweller retires and sells business to expanding retailer
An iconic Lancashire watch and jewellery retailer has been acquired by retailer Watcho, as part of its expansion drive in the North of England.
Peter Jackson the Jeweller, which had stores in Blackburn and Preston, is a well known name in Lancashire for its long term sponsorship of the Player of the Match award at Blackburn Rovers Football Club, including through the glory year of 1994/95, when Rovers lifted the Premier League title.
