The Commercial Team of the Year award is for a team that has helped a company enter new markets, won transformational clients, or delivered a step-change in commercial performance that reshaped the business.
We’re looking for the team that found the opportunity, built the relationships, and closed the deals that mattered.
Entries should tell us:
What was the commercial opportunity or challenge the team was facing?
How did the team’s approach directly drive growth — in revenue, clients, markets or margin?
What did the team do differently to achieve the result?
Where did the strategy shift, and how did the team respond?
The category is open to any sales or commercial team, including teams that span multiple geographies provided the growth delivered was regionally anchored.

An overall Growth Business of the Year will be chosen from the category winners.
