People Power: Celebrate your team at our new Growth Awards 2027
Does your company have an HR or people team that built the talent, culture and capability that directly drove business growth?
Whether that meant scaling a fast-growing business, integrating teams or locations after an acquisition, or building the culture that a new chapter of the business demanded, our new Growth Awards 2027 want to hear the story.
Entries should tell us:
What was the people challenge or opportunity the business was facing?
What did the team build or change that made the biggest difference?
How did that directly translate into business growth?
What would the business look like today if the team hadn’t done it?
The category is open to any people or HR team, including those working alongside external partners, provided the entry describes the team’s collective contribution to the business’s growth.

The People Team of the Year category is one of 12 awards in the new North West Growth Awards, which celebrate the companies, teams and individuals driving business growth across the region.
The awards span three strands – Company, Team and Individual – with categories recognising everything from finance, technology, people and board excellence.
An overall Growth Business of the Year will be chosen from the category winners.
