A significant acquisition drive by BGF-backed TravCorp Holdings, the Chester-based travel group, has fed through to its annual results, recently filed at Companies House.
During the year, the group underwent a material strategic expansion, completing the acquisition on July 16, 2025 of Specialist Holidays (Travel), Travelmood and Specialist Holiday Group Ireland. TravCorp changed its name to Specialist Holidays Group following the deals.
