Great Places celebrates Foxhall Village completion as regeneration continues
Manchester-based Great Places Housing Group has celebrated its completion of its flagship Blackpool development, Foxhall Village.
The group announced in June 2022 that it had submitted planning proposals to build 67 affordable homes to complete the West site of the village after it stepped in following the administration of the original developer, Marcus Worthington and Co, in 2019.
The latest phase has delivered 88 affordable homes for local people as part of a £19.5m scheme.
