Health and safety group continues buy-and-build programme with latest deal
The health and safety function of Preston-based Suresite Health & Safety has been acquired, for an undisclosed sum, by BGF-backed Opus Safety.
Birmingham-based Opus is a tech enabled health and safety, HR and occupational health solutions provider and says the deal is the latest in an ambitious buy-and-build growth strategy and provides it with a significant route into the petrol forecourt market, servicing more than 3,500 petrol stations across the UK.
