Consumer Rights Solicitors to take a floor at Lee House

Tootal Buildings, Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester

Consumer Rights Solicitors (CRS) have moved in at Lee House, part of the Grade II-listed Tootal Buildings on Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester.

The transaction follows a two-year search process. During this time, Sixteen Real Estate advised CRS on a series of short-term occupational solutions while the business focused on supporting clients through the ongoing PCP motor finance commission claims process.

CRS takes up a full floor within the city centre building covering 13,742 sq ft. Following completion, CRS undertook a bespoke workplace fit-out, in record time with works being sufficiently completed to move in within six weeks of signing.

The project team included AXI, Design Studio and Cubic Works, with Sixteen’s in-house project management team who oversaw delivery from design through to occupation.

The deal reflects continued demand for high-quality city centre workspace, with occupiers increasingly seeking offices capable of supporting long-term growth while providing an enhanced experience for employees.

Kavon Hussain, director at CRS commented: “This move represents a significant investment in the future of CRS and gives us a headquarters that reflects both our ambitions and the way our business operates today.”

The instruction adds to Sixteen Real Estate’s wider portfolio of office mandates across the North West. This includes the recent 10,000 sq ft letting to tech insurance brokers Ripe Thinking at Stockport Exchange.
